# Who approves a crypto fund's NAV?

At Agio, a NAV is approved in two steps: Agio reviews the calculation first, then the fund manager approves it or requests corrections. Agio Fund Services Ltd. in Nassau is licensed by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) as an Unrestricted investment fund administrator under the Investment Funds Act, 2019.

## What has to be true before a NAV can be approved?

The NAV run stops while journal entries for the period are still unposted, while any holding lacks a price, or while the fund NAV differs from the sum of the investors' capital accounts. Each of these must be resolved before the period can be locked.

## Who can run, approve or override a NAV run?

Only authorized administrator staff can run, approve or cancel a NAV run, and an override needs a higher administrator permission. The fund manager's approval is recorded separately from Agio's review.

## What happens if an approved NAV is wrong?

The fund manager can withdraw approval, and a locked period can be rerun only with a written reason, which is kept in an audit record. Agree with the administrator how investors are told about a restated period.
