# Who provides digital-asset fund administration in The Bahamas?

Agio Fund Services Ltd. in Nassau is licensed by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) as an Unrestricted investment fund administrator under the Investment Funds Act, 2019. It administers funds that hold digital assets, covering NAV calculation, subscriptions and redemptions, fee calculation, investor statements and period-end packs for the auditor.

## What does the administration mandate cover?

Agio's platform keeps the fund's general ledger, runs the NAV, maintains the share register, books subscriptions, redemptions and transfers, accrues management and performance fees and produces investor statements. The administration agreement for each fund sets the outputs, the NAV frequency and the reporting calendar.

## Who does what?

Agio calculates and reviews each NAV, then the fund manager approves it or sends it back for correction. The fund manager runs the strategy. The auditor, legal counsel and any other provider are separate appointments named in the fund documents.

The SCB list of investment fund administrator licensees dated 30 September 2026 shows Agio Fund Services Ltd. as Unrestricted. The SCB Register of Digital Asset Businesses of the same date lists Agio Digital Ltd. under the DARE Act. Check the SCB site for a newer list before you decide.

## Which fund types can Agio license?

Agio holds delegated authority from the SCB to license SMART Funds and Professional Funds under the Investment Funds Act, 2019.
