# What records does a fund administrator give the auditor of a digital-asset fund?

Under an agreed engagement, Agio produces a period reporting package for each fund with the trial balance, financial statements, general ledger, journal entries, NAV report, portfolio valuation, share register and investor allocations. Agio Fund Services Ltd. in Nassau is licensed by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) as an Unrestricted investment fund administrator under the Investment Funds Act, 2019.

## What is in the period package?

The package holds the trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, general ledger, journal entries, NAV report, portfolio valuation, expenses, share register, shareholder movements and investor allocations for the period. It can be sent by email as one archive.

## How are changes traced?

Changes to fund records, subscriptions, redemptions, NAVs and the share register are written to audit tables. Rerunning a locked NAV period requires a written reason, which is kept. Adjustments the auditor proposes are recorded as proposed, accepted, rejected or voided.

## How is a digital-asset valuation evidenced?

Each valuation uses a recorded market price for the valuation date. A price entered by hand is stored as an override together with the person who entered it. If a holding has no price, the valuation stops instead of leaving the asset out.

## What should the auditor agree early?

Agree the period-end date, the price source and valuation time, the list of bank, exchange and wallet accounts, and the sample of subscriptions and redemptions with the fund and the administrator before fieldwork starts.
