How is a redemption priced?
A redemption is priced at the holding's NAV per share, net of any performance fee accrued on it, and the redemption crystallizes that part of the fee. Agio records standard, mandatory and transfer redemptions. Notice periods, cut-offs, gates and lock-ups come from the fund's terms.
Who owns each control step?
The fund documents set the dealing terms. Agio records the dealing and runs the reconciliations, and the fund manager approves the NAV it is priced on. Before the first dealing day, write down who signs instructions, who confirms that cash or digital assets arrived and who resolves a break.
