Cookie Policy

This page explains what the website at www.agiodigital.com collects when you visit it, and how you control it. It adds to our Privacy Policy.

Your choice

In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and when we cannot tell your country, the website asks first. Google Analytics, Sentry and HubSpot do not load until you select Allow. In other countries, all three load by default and you can turn them off at any time.

To find your country, the website asks Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which country your request comes from. We do not store this result.

To change your choice, select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Your choice is saved in your browser storage and in the cookie agio_consent for agiodigital.com, so Agio Go (go.agiodigital.com) shows the same choice. If you select No thanks, Google Analytics and Sentry stop and the Google Analytics cookies are removed. HubSpot is told to stop tracking, its cookies are removed, and it does not load again on your next page load.

All three tools run on the live website only. They do not run on test or preview sites.

What loads only after you allow it

Google Analytics 4 (Google) sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*. It counts page views, the page that sent you here, your country and your device and browser type. It also counts these actions: a contact form sent, a call booking link clicked, a sign-up started, a click on a link to go.agiodigital.com, a click on our llms.txt or AGENTS.md links, and a tool call that an AI assistant in your browser makes on this website through WebMCP. A tool call records only the name of the tool. Google’s advertising features (Google signals and ad personalization) are turned off. When you follow a link from this website to Agio Go, Google Analytics adds a _gl parameter to the link, so both sites count one visit. When you sign in to Agio Go and allow analytics there, Google Analytics also receives a code made from your account ID. Your email address and name are never sent.

Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) reports errors in the website, so we can fix them. It receives the error message, the page address, your browser type and the website version. It sets no cookie. On Agio Go, Sentry also receives the same one-way code, so we can see how many people an error affects.

HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) loads after your first scroll. It sets the cookies hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc. It recognizes a returning visitor and links a form you send to the pages you viewed. It can also capture the details you type into a form on the page. It also loads HubSpot chat (cookie messagesUtk). The website blocks HubSpot’s advertising pixel and HubSpot’s own cookie banner.

What the website always uses

  • Page view counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the page that sent you here, your country, your device and browser type, and how fast the pages load. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. It runs on the live website only.
  • Hosting. Cloudflare hosts the website. Cloudflare records standard request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and to protect the website.
  • Forms. When you send a contact form, we receive the details you enter (such as name, email, company, phone and message), the page you sent it from, the site you came from and any campaign tags in the link. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sends the form.
  • Chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to our servers to write a reply.
  • Icons. The website loads its icon styles from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). jsDelivr can see your IP address.
  • Browser storage. The website saves your cookie choice in local storage. It also saves the time of its last version check in session storage. The version check is a request to our servers that finds out if a newer version of the website exists.
