YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY (“Consent Statement”)
You are applying for an Agio Card (“Card”). If you consent to this Consent Statement for this program, it applies even if you do not obtain (or are not offered) a Card.
Your affirmative consent to this E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice (“Consent”) allows us to provide you such communications electronically, enables you to sign and authorize documents digitally through the Agio Platform (“Platform” or “Service”), and permits Agio Digital Ltd. (“Agio”) and its partners to collect and store those electronic signatures. If you do not consent to electronic delivery of communications, you will not be able to use the Service.
By registering for an account with Agio, applying for a Card, or accessing the Platform or dashboard, you agree that such action constitutes your electronic signature. You consent to us providing notices to you—including legally required disclosures—to your email or via in-app messages. You also confirm that this consent has the same legal effect as signing a physical document.
You have the right to receive legal disclosures, notices, and communications (collectively, the “Covered Items”) in paper form. We may provide these items electronically only if you (1) give us your Consent and (2) meet the system requirements below. Covered Items include all legal, servicing, and collection-related communications associated with your account and Card.
In this Consent Statement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Serai, Inc. (the operator of Agio) and its service providers.
DURATION OF CONSENT
Your Consent will remain in effect until:
- You or we terminate your Card or account; or
- You withdraw your consent to electronic communications.
Even if you terminate your Card, your Consent may still apply to communications related to your pre-termination activity. Please refer to your cardholder agreement for further details.
METHODS OF PROVIDING COVERED ITEMS
In this document, “provide” means to deliver, send, notify, or make available electronically. Covered Items may be delivered through files (such as PDFs), the Agio app, email, or secure web links. It is your responsibility to review all communications in a timely manner.
ACCESS TO PAPER COPIES
You can print or save copies of any Covered Item using the features of your browser or PDF viewer. We retain records for the legally required duration and can provide them upon request during that period.

OUR RIGHT TO PROVIDE PAPER COPIES
We reserve the right to provide paper documents at our discretion even if you have consented to electronic delivery—for example, in the event of a system outage or suspected fraud.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
To access and retain electronic communications, you will need:
- Internet access
- A modern web browser supporting 128-bit encryption (we support the latest versions of Chrome®, Firefox®, Safari®, or Microsoft Edge®)
- At least 16MB of available memory (32MB or more recommended)
- A program capable of viewing, saving, and printing PDF files (e.g., Adobe® Reader® 4.0 or higher)
You can download Adobe® Reader® at https://get.adobe.com/reader. By providing your Consent, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
WITHDRAWING CONSENT
You may withdraw your Consent at any time without penalty. However, doing so before your Card application is approved may prevent you from using Agio’s digital services.
To withdraw Consent, email [email protected]. Please note that withdrawal of Consent will not affect the legal validity of any prior electronic communications or signatures.

By checking the consent box or continuing with the application process, you confirm that:
- You have access to the required hardware and software;
- You agree to receive Covered Items electronically;
- You can view, store, and print the documents provided.
