Is a Bahamas IBC legal for me?
A Bahamas International Business Company is a standard international corporate structure recognized globally. Agio Digital Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas. Whether this structure suits your situation depends on your tax residency and jurisdiction. Buyers should confirm obligations in their home country with qualified legal or tax counsel.
Do I need to travel to Nassau?
No. Onboarding is entirely online, including KYC/AML verification, document signing, and wallet provisioning. You never need to set foot in The Bahamas.
Who controls the wallet?
The company's directors authorize all transactions. Agio administers the custody infrastructure and never moves funds unilaterally. The company retains full signing authority.
What happens after I pay?
We submit your name reservation immediately. Once approved, we file with the Registrar General, provision your wallet, and hand over credentials, typically 3 business days from payment.
What does it cost after year one?
The bundle renews at $2,000/yr, which covers registered office, registered agent, corporate secretary, and the annual government registration fee. Any add-ons you selected renew at their standard rates.
